Lenna Cumberbatch worked with Galop
Summary of Project
In 2004 Galop had a staff of three and a haphazard system of outdated PC equipment with only one printer and one dial-up internet connection. All printing and internet usage had to be shared between all staff on a 'desk swapping' basis.
After extensive consultation, Lenna installed a network and wireless connectivity within the limited budget. She has always resolved any issues, responding to requests for assistance extremely swiftly. Her thoroughness and technical competence has been amply demonstrated and she has shown commitment and dedication to the project.
