Stephen Henden worked with Dulwich Picture Gallery
Summary of Project
Stephen introduced three systems
- A new ticketing and event management system.
- A new membership database for the Friends
- A ticketing system and credit card handling process.
And, crucially, staff training in the use of these new systems.
Without Stephen's time and project management skills (approx. 2 days a week for 18 months, all voluntary) the project could not have been implemented on time.? And although he is still available if needed the Picture Gallery have been enabled to look after the systems themselves.
