The project was to update and reconfigure the organisation's PCs, setting up a network with a server, and setting up remote access.
This project has made a tremendous difference to this small charity.
- Information is stored centrally enabling easier access and better efficiency.
- Staff can work from home enabling the organisation to introduce a flexible working policy and a home-working policy.
- Since this project has been implemented the number of people who have accessed the service has increased by 61%.
This provides clear evidence of improved efficiency.
