Summary of Project
Panikos Panayi has developed a web-based online referral system for Halton CAB. Now partner agencies, can make online referrals in urgent cases.
Each year this CAB help over 4,000 people but many more people miss out on the advice they need. They used to work on a 'first come, first served' basis but this automatically disadvantages people with an urgent enquiry or vulnerable people who need more support to access services. The new system provides accurate and up to date information and results in a better service for clients.
