Film It! is a national charity that runs film-making workshops throughout the UK. These workshops aim to educate, engage and encourage young people to generate a positive change in their lives.

The challenge

To keep the cameras rolling, Film it! has always relied on the work of many volunteers. These volunteers used to set up different email accounts, which attracted a high volume of spam e-mails and made difficult for the charity to get the relevant ones.

Our help

Esther Regenwetter, a regular iT4Communities volunteer, had the skills and experience to get the charity up and running again and, after a few visits, quickly solved spam issues.
