Volunteer's advice helps find more governors for more schools

School Governors' One-Stop Shop (SGOSS) is a national charity that recruits volunteers to become school governors.
The challenge
SGOSS knew they could get their website & online social networks to work better for them. They approached iT4Communities to find a volunteer to help with setting up Google AdWords to advertise their services online.
Our help
Stony Grunow, an iT4Communities volunteer with a long career in not-for-profit technology offered his advice. He saw that their initial plan to use AdWords wouldn't be effective until they first implemented Google Analytics to better understand how people were using their website. Further discussions led to them improving the usability of their website and exploring options for integrating their client database.
