1. iT4Communities is here to help you find the right volunteer but does not warrant or make representations about the status and suitability of any volunteer that you select to volunteer with you.
2. It is the responsibility of any charity, preparing to work with a volunteer, to ensure that the volunteer is appropriate to the needs of their organisation and that all relevant issues of potential liability and related indemnity insurance, in respect of the work to be performed by the volunteer, have been fully addressed between the charity and the volunteer. iT4Communities can advise you on this.
3. iT4Communities disclaims any responsibility, whatsoever, for any loss or damage to the charity, arising from or in connection with, any act or omission of a volunteer, that a charity selects to work for it. 
4. iT4Communities levies an annual administration charge to help defray some of its costs in ensuring that IT volunteers and information to support projects are available. When you request a volunteer, an iT4Communities Project Definer will call you to discuss the details of your requirement and be available to give general advice. The Project Definer will ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed with the request for a volunteer. Only when you confirm you wish to proceed, will you be invoiced for the administration charge.
