It is the responsibility of any charity, preparing to work with a volunteer, to ensure that the volunteer is appropriate to the needs of their organisation and that all relevant issues of potential liability and related indemnity insurance, in respect of the work to be performed by the volunteer, have been fully addressed between the charity and the volunteer. iT4Communities disclaims any responsibility, whatsoever, for any loss or damage to the charity, arising from or in connection with, any act or omission of a volunteer, that a charity selects to work for it. Registration with iT4Communities will be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of this disclaimer.
