The project will take place over nine months from September 2009 to May 2010.

| September - December 2009 | Looking for mentors, mentees and charity projects. If you'd like to get involved let us know and we'll invite you to our online groups, our workshops and generally keep in touch. |
| 22 September 09 and 29 October 09 | Workshop for mentors facilitated by Don Morrison and Ruth Morris, in the Information Technologists Hall |
| Winter 2009 | Informal half day seminars for mentors and mentees 17th November - Knowledgeshare seminar |
| October 2009 - May 2010 | IT projects in charities delivered by mentees, supported by mentors |
