For volunteers

iT4Communities provides general guidance for individuals and companies interested in volunteering their skills for the benefit of the community and provides introductory information about some volunteering opportunities. This is a voluntary service provided by iT4Communities who do not warrant or represent the status and suitability of any charity, for whom, any volunteer is selected to work.

It is the responsibility of any volunteer, preparing to work with a charity, to ensure that the charity they are intending to work with, is an appropriate recipient of volunteering services and to ensure that all issues of potential liability and related indemnity insurance, in respect of the work to be performed by the volunteer, are fully addressed between the volunteer and the charity. iT4Communities disclaims any responsibility, whatsoever, for any loss or damage to any volunteer, arising from or in connection with, any act or omission of a charity, which selects a volunteer to work for it. Registration with iT4Communities will be deemed to be an acknowledgment and acceptance oft his disclaimer.
