How Has Volunteering Helped Your Career?

Holly Winter at the Information Technologists’ PR company Whiteoaks is seeking to generate interest from the press on the benefits of being an IT volunteer following a redundancy.  We understand that many of us have been put in this position and we would like to be able to publicise how being a volunteer helped you find further employment, improved your prospects and a consultant or simply helped to avoid gaps in your CV.
