Heuristic Evaluation of iT4C Website

In ongoing efforts to improve the user experience of our site, we recently commissioned a heuristic evaluation of the iT4C website. This was part of the major upgrade we launched last month and was by a company associated with our developer, Spiral Arm. We haven't yet done all the changes suggested but you may have noticed some improvements.
