Thank you to all those charities that have sent use case studies to show case on our site and in the newsletters.

This is a standing request to all charities who work with our volunteers: please tell us of the great work you are making of ICT and how this is improving the aims and objectives of your organisation. Or has ICT made your work a waking hell! We would like to hear all positive and negative feedback so that we can all learn from your experiences.

The case study is regular slot in the newsletter and all of them will go on our website. This will help VCOs and Charities to share thoughts and experiences about ICT and volunteering. Here is an example, Case Study.

But we would also like to hear more specific or lighter stories - something funny that happened, something intriguing, an ICT issue that has had a major impact on how you do your work or made you rethink an important issue. It may also be helpful to share with others some of the innovative approaches to using ICT, for instance in fund-raising, marketing, partnership, etc. Anything that may be of interest to other charities!
