Are you complying with the Data Protection Act in your everyday work? It's well and good that your organisation has ticked all the relevant boxes and paid the Information Commissioner his/her due, but are you working within parameters laid out by the Act, particularly where electronic databases are concerned or when disposing of client's information.

Technology, if not managed correctly, has made it extremely easy for unauthorised access to personal information. Hence why it is important to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful access/processing of personal data.
