Why hasn't a Project Definer Called me?

The scenario is: An organisation has finally managed to get some information about where to get professional IT support for FREE. You as the person who is driving this, are full of enthusiasm and you have informed your board of management about the great service that is likely to save your organisation thousands of pounds and enhance the organisation's reputation but you still haven't heard from iT4Communities. It's been 3 weeks. You are starting to get impatient and regret telling every about "FREE" professional IT support! What can you do?

What could have gone wrong? Could it be that you have forgotten to register your project request! Never mind.

Remember this screen? This is only the first step in a 2-step process.

Getting started with iT4Communities' new system is a 2-step process. First you register your organisation. This allows us to have up-to-date information about your organisation and the details of the primary contact in your organisation, just in case we have extra news, like the £250 award prize being offered!

Once you have registered your organisation the next step is for you to register your project. In order to do this, you will need to log in using the username and password you have just created. (If you can't remember get in touch with Nigel, see his contact details below). After logging in, click on the Register a New Project menu option to display the Volunteer Request Form. Enter the information as requested on the form and click submit. Remember you can register as many projects as you wish. There is no limit.

If you still haven't heard from anyone after 7 days of registering your project or you have problems with your username or password, give Nigel a call Tel: 020 7796 2144 or email him on info@iT4Communities.org.uk
