NEWS

  • £2m Value Delivered
iT4Communities (iT4C) has achieved a £2million worth of free support to Charities and Community Organisations!

  • The Awards Ceremony
A ticketing, event management and credit-card handling systems and a new membership database scooped the much-coveted Best IT Volunteer Award in the first ever national IT Volunteer Awards 2006 held at the WCIT Hall on the 28th November 2006.
  • Website changes
If you’ve visited the website recently you may have noticed a few changes. Our developers made a release of a new version of the site on 14th November that went fairly smoothly – we all expect a few problems when putting new software live, don’t we?
  • What is BT Community Connections?
In 2006/7 What is BT Community Connections over 1,300 awards will be made to groups who can demonstrate how a PC and internet connection will benefit their work and the local community.....
  • Yet another online forum (YAOF)
Are you pining still for the old iT4C forum, which we lost with the new system on 23 May this year? In this season of goodwill to all men, women and computers (we hope!) we thought a Forum/Message Board might help to bring us, volunteers, VCOs and other iT4C supporters together.
  • Job Vacancies...
For ICT jobs specifically working in the charitable sector you may be interested in the ICT Hub Jobs Board.
