To make sure you receive notice of these FREE resources, please add your email address to the e-zine distribution list here: digitalunite.com (right hand column).
DU Workshop
A DU Workshop for those who want to help older people gets to grips with IT, in Sheffield on March 12th This costs £75 for one person, or £120 for two people from one organisation, and is a great day for thinking, strategising, planning for sustainable programmes and projects, with the help of experts in the field and colleagues who may potentially become partners. The idea is to go away empowered and inspired to help your older clients not only become intrigued and fascinated by what IT can do for them, but to remain engaged and develop as users of new media and as learners in general.
The workshop will be held at Ukonline Centres HQ at The Quadrant, Sheffield, S9 4WG from 10am-4.30pm. More details here: tinyurl.com/http-digitalunite-com-wshop or email gill.adams@digitalunite.net directly.
