Institute of Fundraising Technology Group Conference 2009
The Institute of Fundraising Technology Group is happy to announce that it is holding its annual one day conference on May 14th 2009, in London. It is especially applicable to fundraisers and IT support/database staff and web developers who work with fundraising departments and who would like to know how technology is being used by other charities and NFPs for their fundraising and associated activities - from charities and experts who have already done it.
Please note that this year there are bursaries to small charities and NFPs, so if you work for a small NFP or know someone who does, then please contact us at enquiries@iofitsig.org for more information on how to get your bursary.
There are three streams and 12 sessions, including:
- Implementing CRM Strategies (Tate Gallery)
- What Charities Really Think of Online Giving (JustGiving)
- The Evolution of the Customer Journey (Help The Aged)
- Online Fundraising in Epidemic Proportions (Artez)
- How to Implement Single Supporter Views (A panel session)
- Why ITTs Are A Bad Thing (Sayer Vincent)
- The Benefits of Outsourcing For NFPs (Medecins Sans Frontieres)
