The challenge of finding volunteers

Does your organisation find it a challenge to recruit volunteers? A recent study reported in Third Sector reveals that volunteers are becoming more choosy about the sort of roles they want to be involved in and that they are committing less time to volunteering than they did 10 years ago. That means that organisations may need to work harder to keep their volunteers happy.

Here at iT4Communities we've a large number of volunteers registered with us - over 6,500. We know that some of them are very specific about the projects they'd like to work on - perhaps to use particular skills that they have. Others are more flexible. But, whatever your requirements there's a good chance that we've a volunteer with the skills you need.
