Too much of a good thing?

We're delighted to have a large resource of skilled IT professional volunteers who are keen to help charities and voluntary organisations. However, having so many enthusiastic volunteers can sometimes cause problems. We appreciate that you're busy with many things and don't always have time to respond to large numbers of potential volunteers. It can be rather overwhelming to receive too many offers of help.

We're keeping an eye on your requests for help and if it looks like you've been contacted by a lot of volunteers then we'll be giving you a call to check that you're not snowed under with offers to help. If you are, we can help by temporarily hiding your opportunity so other volunteers can't see it. Hopefully this will give you a bit of breathing space to choose the volunteer you'd like to work with.
