As part of the work of evaluating the ICT Hub, we would like to find out what you think about the iT4C volunteer matching service, which has been supported by the ICT Hub since July 2005. This questionnaire is for all charities and other voluntary organisations who have registered with iT4C over the years since our founding in 2002. It should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. Your answers are very important to iT4C and the Hub, whether you had a good experience or not. Reports of negative experiences are especially useful to help iT4C improve its service.

When you fill in the questionnaire you can opt to leave contact details for the external evaluators but these will not be shared with iT4C - so that you can be as frank as possible. If you prefer you can even remain completely anonymous so not even our external evaluators will know your identity.
