Is it time you got another phone line into the office? Are you thinking about going for one of those "cheap" deals - Internet plus phone plus TV plus whatever else - is it really that good a deal? Is it time you got a new PABX for the office (that's the box your reception person uses to take calls)? Are you thinking about using text messaging to contact clients? Would you like to plug your phones into your computers so you can see not just who is calling but find out all about them from your database? Were you thinking about using Skype or one of the other VoIP services but don't know where to start?
