"Working Towards a Better World"

Welcome to a very special edition of our charities newsletter. Last Thursday evening we held the presentation ceremony for our annual IT Volunteer Awards. In this newsletter we bring you all the results and some pictures and quotes from the evening.

The awards ceremony came hard on the heels of iT4C's fifth birthday which we celebrated on the 22nd November by announcing that our hard working and generous volunteers have donated £2.5 million worth of work to charities and not-for-profit organisations.

I hope that you enjoy reading about the award winners and that their stories will inspire you to think of some ways in which IT professional volunteers can help your organisation. Watch out in July 2008 for your next opportunity to nominate your organisation or the volunteers you work with for an award.
