If you are already supporting voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) with their IT needs as a circuit rider or IT volunteer, but would like to increase your knowledge about voice communication products or services and how your clients may get the best of out of them, then this course is for you.
The course will allow you to:
- Assess your current telephony knowledge
- Learn about telephony products and services that can help your clients save money or become more efficient (this includes mobile, non-geographic numbers, working as a virtual team, DECT, VoIP, indirect access services and more)
- Explore ways of bridging the skills and knowledge gap that many VCOs have when it comes to telephony
- Find out what VCOs can do to establish and maintain better working relationships with telecoms suppliers
- Identify additional sources of telephony advice for yourself

The course will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm and has been funded by the ICT Hub.
