Share your Stories

 

We know that about 20% of our projects are completed by female volunteers and we would very much like to hear those stories. One example that we featured in a previous newsletter was the website work that was completed by Aniuska Dominguez who had recently moved to London from her native Cuba and was keen to use her web development skills and gain experience working in a British office environment.

We would like to hear the stories of all completed or even started but not finished projects from all our volunteers. We would like the warts and all stories, the highs and lows of your experiences of skills-based volunteering. Everyone enjoys reading about other people's experiences and our case studies help us encourage more volunteers and build our profile.

We know from the very impressive figures we have, that on average, every month, 20 iT4Communities volunteer projects are started. Thank you for all your work.
