Case study - Hammersmith & Fulham Action on Disability
![]()
Hammersmith & Fulham Action on Disability (HAFAD) was a bit concerned when their brand new website wasn't getting many hits and they weren't receiving any feedback. The site was intended to provide information to disabled people in Hammersmith and Fulham and so it was important that the site was accessible to everyone.
They contacted iT4Communities for advice and they were quickly put in touch with volunteer Shehzad Azram. Shehzad is a web professional and he was able to look at the site and make suggestions for improving the navigation, structure and content to make it easier to use.
You can read the full story in the case studies section of our website.
HAFAD have since had advice from a second iT4Communities volunteer but they're keen to get as many comments as possible about the website. They'd like feedback from as many people as possible - particularly those with disabilities - and would welcome all comments - good and bad!.
The website is access2info and you can submit your comments either through their online feedback form or by contacting them directly at info@access2info.org.uk
