Welcome to the September edition of the iT4Communities volunteer newsletter.

Thank you for the great response to our query last month about opportunities that don't get selected. It really helped us to see things from the volunteers' point of view and we hope that we can change our project definition process to get more of the information you need. Read our response here.

Anne Stafford has been busy setting up the e-Mentoring scheme which we're running in collaboration with Nominet. All the information is now online, please take a look if you are interested in becoming a mentor or if you would like a mentor to help you with your volunteering. Both experienced mentors and those wishing to try it for the first time are welcome as support and training will be provided.
