Administration fee

iT4Communities charges an annual administration fee*. This fee covers:

• As many requests for volunteers as you need
• Help defining requests for volunteers and access to resources to help you manage your project
• End-to-end support from advertising amongst our community of volunteers to helping manage communications when the project starts
• Help with case studies and publicity when the project finishes
• Newsletters and other communications about relevant events, our annual volunteer awards, referrals and special offers
• We currently have a 1 in 3 success rate for matching a volunteer to your project**.

*The administration fee is £85 for a year's support. Organisations already registered with us prior to January 2009 can claim a reduced rate fee for any new requests. This offer will close in July 2009.

• **iT4Communities is unable to guarantee a volunteer for every project but your project definer will be able to give guidance as to how best to attract the right volunteer.
• We also find that the more communication you have with us, the more likely you are to find a successful match as we can continue to re-define the project and re-advertise and feature you in newsletters, etc.

You will not be invoiced until you decide to go ahead with a project so please feel free to discuss your requirements with us in detail before deciding.

iT4Communities is looking to establish a bursary scheme for very small organizations who are unable to pay, please let us know if you would like to be considered for a free place. Please note: this is not currently active, sponsorship for this bursary is being sought.
