We try to keep the process of requesting and working with volunteers as simple as possible. If you would like help from an IT professional volunteer you need to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Register your organisation with us
  2. Request a volunteer by completing a simple form
  3. You'll be contacted by one of our project definers who'll chat with you about your needs
  4. We'll advertise your request to our network of volunteers.
  5. If a volunteer thinks they can help they'll ask us for your contact details.
  6. When a volunteer contacts you chat with them to see if you are happy to work together
  7. Start work with the volunteer and let us know.
  8. Deliver a great project!
