Project definition
When you request help from a volunteer you'll be contacted by one of our team of project definers to chat about what you need.
He or she will ask about your organisation and help you decide exactly what assistance you need from an IT professional volunteer. All our project definers have worked in IT but they won't try to confuse you with technical terms.

After chatting with you the project definer will write up a description of your needs. This is your 'volunteer opportunity' and it will be advertised to our network of volunteers. Hopefully one of them will be able to help you.
