Requesting a volunteer

If you would like help from an IT professional you need to 'Request a volunteer'. You do this by filling in a single form.

Many of the fields on the form are already filled in. These are the contact details at your organisation. You can change them if you need to.

There are two important fields to fill in about halfway down the form:

• Project name - a title for your project
• Project description - some details about the help you need. Don't worry if you haven't much information. You can discuss this with one of our project definers when they call you.

Once you've filled in these fields, tick the box to confirm that you've read our disclaimer and press the "Submit" button. That's all you need to do.

When we receive your request it will be allocated to one of our team of project definers and they'll be in touch within a few days to talk about your needs in more detail.
