Planning IT Projects

  • The LASA Knowledgebase has many articles to help with general advice on an enormous range of IT projects all written specifically for the community/voluntary sector http://www.ictknowledgebase.org.uk/

  • TechSoup has a very useful section on planning an IT project strategically and practically. It's an American site so some of its assumptions will be different, but it has some excellent resources. They also have some specific advice on planning volunteer projects.
