Get opportunities delivered

If you don't fancy checking our website regularly to search for volunteering opportunities we have some quick and easy ways to get opportunities delivered to you.

RSS feed

Our RSS feed is updated with new opportunities as soon as they are published to the website and they stay there for 30 days unless we hear that a volunteer has started work on them.

In the feed you can see all the information about the opportunity and simply click through to sign in to the website to request contact details.

Widgets

With the help of WidgetBox and applying some filters to our RSS feed we'd created some attractive widgets to display currently available opportunities. We've a widget for each of the regions that we work in and a one which showcases virtual opportunities.

You can use a widget on your own webpage, display it on iGoogle or add it to your blog. Just choose the one you like, click "Get widget" and follow the instructions.

E-mail

You can sign up to receive an e-mail alert when we find an opportunity that may suit your skills and location.

Every week we check our database of opportunities and if we find any that you might like we'll send you a brief e-mail with some details.

If you'd like to participate please sign in to your account and make sure that the box 'Would you like to receive emails about opportunities that might be of interest?' is ticked. We use your postcode and skills to match you with opportunities so please ensure those details are up to date too.
